Things

Things we've done:

-found our apartment
-moved our stuff in
-found a plce for 1/3 of stuff so far

Things I'm thinking:
-I need a phone number!
-I'm hungry
-Shouldn't I have signed up for classes by now?

Things I'm about to do:

-Hit up the first stage of orientation which will seamlessly funnel me into stages 2-4 of orientation, erg
-figure out which classes to sign up for

So. We made it! It was s long drive and we got to waterloo at midnight after taking a small dinner break (and pickingup our new attress and bed and loading in kanata and orleans). We unloaded half the truck that night then gave up and did the rest the next day and we're still unpacking. I'm pretty confident that everything will find its place though so that's good. We had a funny few minuted reconciling the fantasy image of the apartment we had in our heads to the reality, but it's really good in the end and we're really happy with it. The location is great the apartment is clean and we have enough space for our unbelievable mountains of stuff. How much stuff do two people need, really?? It's nuts, and from now on it'll only get worse since we'll (hopefully) stay in places this size or bigger...not smaller :)

I'll post pictures as soon as we have internet and the camera, which is on it's way to Ottawa with Rob as he has a few gigs and a wedding to take care of. He actually got his seventies shag haircut lopped right off and got his beard professionally trimmed as well and I wish I could send you pictures of that because he looks smokin' hot and so, so different! And excellent. I wish we could have shown the crew the last time we got together, it's remarkable, especially with his new Australia clothes, he looks great.

Anyway, gotta hit up orientation, so I'm off butmore as I get the chance :-)
