Is this Illegal?

I might create my own quote board for phrases that cause me disproportionate amounts of joy.

This one is from McSweeney's (www.mcsweeneys.net)

I've copied the title, author's name and my favourite part. The quote I love is: Take me home and let those jerkoff neighbors in 3C know, "I'll see your colicky newborn and raise you a socially maladjusted Pomeranian."

Current: Hi!! I'm Fluffy. I'm 7 years young and have boundless energy. I'm EXTREMELY playful and am always happy. Throw me a ball and I'll bounce it around like a soccer player.
