Eff Oh!

I have my first major finshed object of the season! Rob's sweater fits him better than I ever expected and we're both really happy with it. It definitely has its home-made features, but for a first weater it's great and we're really pleased with it. AND it came from yarn frm a second hand shop = affordable. AND part of it was knit on needles we made ourselves. It's all very exciting.

Love the model shots, heh R is funny. Also, there are some ball winder action shots. Lovely.

Hey, our digital camera is messed up and doesn'tdo colour anymore (as you can see at left). Any ideas what could be happening? It's not set on sepia or anyhting and we don't know what's up. Nothing's happened to it so far as we know. Erg.

So, finally some (crappy) photos! Yay!

xoxo

i was wondering about the colour... weird. no idea but i am definitely not the person to ask. i'm sure someone (ie. alan) will have some thoughts.

nice looking sweater! It looks like it fits really well. And I love the colour.

I can't think of a reason for the camera to be acting like that, aside from having some kind of funky effect turned on. I've you've already checked that (ie, no sepia, etc) and the white balance is set to auto then...hmm. Is it always that way? - what's the make and model? Maybe I can find out more for you.

btw, that ball winder is crazy-looking.

Hey guys, thanks :-)

I should have mentioned about the camers, but the screen's been looking fritzy too, though the pictures are always clear. It's been with us to and from Ottawa and stuff, but it hasn't been dropped in water or anything. It's a Sony5.0 mega pixel cyber shot. It's basically completely o automatic everything since that's the first thng I did, going through all the setting and hitting either "auto" or "normal". Erg! I guess I'll call home and see about a warranty.

Anyhoo, thanks for trying. Alan, this sweater would be really nice on you too, it's supposed to be a snug-ish fit but with lots of stretch and play, so you can move your arms. If you start bugging sylvia about it (or yourself, I know you can knit!) I'll post the specs ;-)
