Day one: The Soaking
I am sprouting beans. We've done a jar, and they were dee-lish, so we're doing another. Fresh sprouts! I'm characteristically over-enthused about it. Here is a diary of their progress.
Maybe you will want to sprout your own to make your stir fry more authentic or your wraps crunchier or your tummy happier or your wallet fuller! Or maybe you'll roll your eyes a little and remind yourselves that under it all I'm actually a nice enough girl and you guess I've never realy done anything scary, per se, so whatever.
Either way, man, sprouts are snacky like popcorn..satisfyingly crunchy. Yum.
